New Jersey PTA’s leadership team presented two one-day leadership trainings in August 2012.
Workshops for all levels were offered included specific officers training for: Presidents, Treasurers and Secretaries. Tentative Workshops may include: Bylaws/Standing Rules, Leadership 101, Running Effective Meetings, Advocacy, Diversity, Membership, What the IRS needs every board member to know and more!
There were networking opportunities, training materials & resources.
A Special Workshop was offered this year: TODAY’S PTA! Deborah Walsh, our National PTA Service Manager presented an exciting and informative workshop on new ideas and new concepts that National PTA introduced at this year’s National PTA Convention in San Jose, CA!
